This app is mainly used to monitor tablet in smartphone received by students in University Institute, Education Center, Institution, District Industrial Commissioners etc.
This app is valid for UP Desco i.e. Uttar Pradesh only. Because this app can be used only by University Colleges etc of Uttar Pradesh.

Institutions have to download this app and log in to this app and scan the bar code of the device box so that the correct address of each student can be entered.
